Ellen is a professional Game Designer and Producer. She currently fills both of those roles at Blowfish Studios in Sydney, before which, she was Producer for Ice Age Adventures at Gameloft in Auckland, and Designer-turned-Producer at the ill-fated Interzone Games in Perth. She also likes to make Twine games in her spare time.
She sometimes acts as script editor and story doctor for things. Sometimes she gets credited, often she doesn’t. She’s also run a 2h Introduction to Game Design Workshop at the 2016 Real Film Festival in Newcastle (Sydney, NSW – not any of the other Newcastles and she’s not very comfortable lying to make things sounds better than they are, either).
Ellen’s non-game-development-related special skill appears to be punching bees in self-defense without suffering any harm.
